CAMERON HIGHLANDS: Temporary occupational licences (TOL) that are to be given to farmers here should be given out through proper channels, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Paul Low.
He said full and proper checks by the state authorities would ensure that no abuse of power existed when the TOLs were given to the farmers.
