Six charged with terrorist activities transferred to Kuala Lumpur High Court

ALOR SETAR: The Sessions Court on Sunday allowed an application by the prosecution to transfer the case of six men, including a father and son, and an Indonesian national, charged with promoting terrorist activities to the Kuala Lumpur High Court.

In allowing the application, Judge Ruzita Md Lazim said the date for mention of the case would be fixed by the Registration Division of the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
