BANGKOK: Thailand’s deputy prime minister Tanasak Patimapragorn has denied having found any links between the country’s army personnel and human trafficking.
“We agree that high ranking officials were involved in trafficking of people. There are police among them. But so far, we haven’t found any army officials involved in this,” Tanasak, who is also the foreign minister, said at a press conference during a Special Meeting on Irregular Migration in the Indian Ocean here.
