KUALA LUMPUR: Illegal taxi (kereta sapu) driver Liow Tuck Meng has been sentenced to five months in jail after he could not raise the RM2,500 to pay his fine.
The 49-year-old man was charged in court for hitting another man on the head with a thick three-foot long rotan.
