BANGKOK: Three international organisations will jointly propose a 10-point action plan at a special meeting here to tackle the South-East Asia migrant crisis, said the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).
The agencies – UNHCR, International Organisation for Migration and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime – already shared the plan with the governments concerned.
