KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court on Wednesday dismissed a bid by three business people to strike out their insider trading charges.
Justice Mohd Azman Husin threw out the application by Ang Pok Hong, Wendy Wong Soon Soon, and Tiong Kiong Choon, ruling that the charges against them were in order and inline with the law.
