PUTRAJAYA: Muslim conversion in Perak is not handled by the Syariah Court and can be reversed by civil courts, lawyers said in the conversion case of three Hindu children.
Fahri Azzat said conversions were handled by the Perak Registrar of Converts, an administrative body under the state's Islamic Department.
