BUTTERWORTH: Four men who applied for the 1Malaysia Licence Aid (BL1M) programme two years ago are still in the dark over their application status.
The foursome who held a press conference at a food outlet here on Saturday to highlight their plight, claimed that seven others who also applied for the programme at the same time with them, faced a similar problem.
