1MDB bosses confirm PAC hearing on "date to be finalised"

KUALA LUMPUR: The two top executives of 1Malaysia Development Berhad, who could not attend a Public Accounts Committee (PAC) hearing on Tuesday due to business commitments, say they will now appear before the committee at a date to be finalised.

Chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy said in a statement on Monday that he and board member Datuk Shahrol Halmi were "looking forward" to meeting the PAC and clarifying 1MDB's position.
