BALIK PULAU: An unemployed man who failed to settle his traffic summonses for 27 offences over the past 12 years has been fined a total of RM6,000 by a magistrate’s court here for 20 of the offences.
Azizan Abdul Aziz, 35, received 19 summonses in the Penang south-west district alone for committing 27 offences from April 14, 2002 to Feb 20 last year.
