KUALA LUMPUR: A senior lawyer, who was wrongly accused of sodomising a security guard, succeeded in his bid to increase his damages to RM150,000 in a defamation and a mistaken identity case against the police and the government.
However, lawyer Anthony Fernandez, 60, contended that the amount was inadequate over his prolonged mental anguish.
