GEORGE TOWN: A man who caused havoc at a nasi kandar restaurant when he was asked to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST) for his food will be charged in court.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said the deputy public prosecutor had instructed that S. Sivakumar, 39, be charged under Section 427 of the Penal Code for committing mischief and causing damage.
