KUALA LUMPUR: A former City Hall technician pleaded not guilty in a Sessions Court here to accepting bribery in a form of a contract.
Mohd Dasuky Abdul Manaf, 27, who is now City Hall's assistant engineer, was accused on Tuesday of obtaining a bribe over Guardrails works.
