Mohd Hairul Zaidi Zainal, 33, was charged with using his position with authority to rape the 19-year-old girl inthe investigating officer's office, on the third floor of the Petaling police station, in Brickfields between 3am and 7am on Sept 17 last year.
He is charged under Section 376(2)(f) of the Penal Code which provides a maximum imprisonment for 30 years and also whipping.
