PADANG BESAR: International bodies should not "wash their hands" of the refugee issue by merely issuing refugee cards to migrants upon their release, said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
The Home Minister urged The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to come out and assist in solving the human trafficking problem instead of burdening Malaysia.
