GEORGE TOWN: Parking coupon charges in Penang should be made cheaper now since the state government has ordered local councils to absorb the Goods and Services Tax (GST), Penang Gerakan chairman Teng Chang Yeow said.
He said the state should immediately make parking coupons cheaper by 6% since it has committed to bear the tax.
