SHAH ALAM: Almost a month after protesters demanded that a cross on the facade of a shoplot church in Taman Medan be taken down, police said they have finished investigations and are awaiting orders to arrest those involved.
Selangor deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Rahim Jaafar said officers had wrapped up interviews with the protesters, church-goers and witnesses who were involved in the April 19 incident and had forwarded the investigation papers to the Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP).
