PETALING JAYA: The Government will not be stepping in to help mathematics scholar Nur Fitri Azmeer Nordin, who is serving a jail sentence for possession of child pornography material in Britain.
Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman said the Government viewed the matter gravely and would not step in to save any Malaysian who has committed a crime abroad.
