Reports lodged over ‘RM2.5mil cheque’ for Yusni

GEORGE TOWN: An alleged piece of “evidence” has turned up in social media a day after Penang PAS Youth chief Mohd Yusni Mat Piah reversed the wing’s call for a boycott of PKR’s by-election campaign.

The “evidence” was a photograph of a RM2.5mil cheque, postdated May 29, made in PBA Holdings Bhd’s (PBAHB) name to a “Mohd Yusni Mohd Piah” and bearing the signatures of Chief Minister and PBAHB chairman Lim Guan Eng, CEO Jaseni Maidinsa and its former finance manager Joyce Lee.
