KUALA LUMPUR: PKR vice-president Chua Tian Chang will not be reporting to the Dang Wangi police headquarters on Friday night despite a Kuala Lumpur police order to do so.
Chua, who is more commonly known as Tian Chua told The Star that he had been called to submit himself to Kuala Lumpur police but said he would not do so.
