KUALA LUMPUR: Leaders have started arriving in the capital for the beginning of the 26th Asean Summit chaired by Malaysia.
Asean leaders started arriving at 8.30am and were greeted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
