BUKIT MERTAJAM: MCA has expressed shocked that PKR has apologised to PAS over the hudud issue as reported by a news portal.
Its president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said it was an act of betrayal to the people and showed that PKR was unprincipled.
