Sepa wants probe into plastic bag sales project


KOTA KINABALU: An environmentalist group is questioning the whereabouts of funds collected from the sale of plastic bags to shoppers since 2011.

The Environmental Action Centre (EAC) was supposed to use the proceeds from the sale for educational campaigns, claimed Sabah Environ­mental Protection Association (Sepa) secretary Julia Hwong.
