KUALA LUMPUR: Former wife of the late Tun Abdul Ghafar Baba has filed a civil suit against a Tan Sri and his wife over a piece of land in Jelebu, Negri Sembilan.
D. Heryati Abdul Rahim, 54, filed a civil suit against the couple for alleged breach of contract to get back the land, which she claims is worth RM1mil.
