NILAI: The Government should reconsider the proposal to give incentives and to provide tax relief to employers who offer flexible working hour to their female workers, said Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai (pic).
The MCA president said any incentives or tax relief would encourage more employers to hire women and hence, increase the participation of women in professional fields.
