Journalist denies defaming Guan Eng in online article

GEORGE TOWN: A journalist denied in a High Court here that his online article had stated that Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng had no calibre, was irresponsible, and unqualified to be Chief Minister of Penang.

Former news portal Free Malaysia Today (FMT) journalist S. Karuna-karan said he did not consider the article, based on what was said by Penang Citizens Chant Group (Chant) adviser Jimmy Lim Cheok Siang in a press conference, to be defamatory.
