GEORGE TOWN: Penang is expected to shortlist the companies which will become the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) for the Penang Transport Master Plan by early next month.
Penang Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said the state was now identifying the companies to be shortlisted, following the closure of tender on Feb 16.
