KUALA LUMPUR: Lawyer M. Manoharan has filed a suit to remove Sri Maha Mariamman Temple Dhevasthanam chairman Tan Sri R. Nadarajah from his post of thirty years.
In the suit, Manoharan claims Nadarajah had failed in his duties as the temple's administrator, in accordance to a 1930 Supreme Court order that empowers Nadarajah to manage the temple as a charitable, cultural, religious and educational Trust.
