ALOR SETAR: Kedah Umno’s Wanita, Pemuda and Puteri wings have thrown their full support behind Mentri Besar and state party chief Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir.
“We feel that the statement by Bukit Lada assemblyman Datuk Ahmad Lebai Sudin was more of his personal view and we don’t know his motive of doing so,” said Kedah Umno Youth chief Datuk Shaiful Hazizy Zainol Abidin at a press conference on Thursday, adding that there was no need for Mukhriz to resign.
