GEORGE TOWN: Three cars were damaged after the construction scaffolds of a building being renovated collapsed in Jalan Tramway here.
Penang Island City Council (MBPP) Public Health Standing Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said five enforcement officers were sent to manage traffic when MBPP was informed of the incident.
