PETALING JAYA: Malaysian banks have taken steps to ensure that their customers’ information is treated with the greatest confidentiality, says the Association of Banks in Malaysia (ABM) executive director Chuah Mei Lin.
She said the 27 commercial banks in the association had placed controls and systems to make this certain.
