He said better Chinese participation in the civil service was important especially now, to help the Government in explaining policies and development agenda in the 11th Malaysia Plan to the grassroots.
"I will be putting forward recommendations for a more affirmative action plan to be taken, to increase the number of Chinese in civil service," he said when opening the 11th Malaysia Plan workshop at Wisma MCA on Sunday.
