KUALA LUMPUR: Small and medium enterprises (SME) should improve on technology and marketing strategies to ensure growth, says Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.

“We cannot remain at status quo if we want to penetrate the China market,” he said during a forum organised by the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce on Saturday.
