PETALING JAYA: The Customs Department has been urged to revisit software vendors and human resource departments to ensure that they are well versed with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rules.
Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta) vice-president (inbound) Datuk Tan Kok Liang said the vendors and HR personnel must be able to meet the needs of the businesses they support.
