KOTA KINABALU: A group of 33 Sabah and Sarawak NGOs is calling for an amendment in the Federal Constitution if Kelantan proceeds with enforcing hudud.
Jaringan Orang Asal SeMalaysia (Joas) chief Jannie Lasimbang said their collective stand was that Kelantan’s proposed move of implementing hudud would affect the whole country.
