PUTRAJAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has been allowed by the Federal Court to challenge the refusal of two lawyers to record their statements while accompanying their clients.
The apex court has granted leave to the MACC to appeal against the order of two courts, which quashed MACC notices ordering them to record statements over investigations of a high-profile case.
