A surprised Xu screamed “I do” on the spot.

> China Press reported that three robbers helped themselves to some fruits at a house in Kuantan before making off with valuables worth RM10,000.

The houseowner, known only as Chong, 50, and his mother were asleep in their bedrooms when they were awakened by the sounds of people kicking their room doors at 5am on Tuesday.

The robbers then tied up Chong and his 80-year-old mother before ransacking the house near Bukit Pelindung.

They took RM4,000 in cash and jewellery valued at about RM6,000.

Before they fled, they ate a comb of bananas and three apples.

Neither Chong nor his mother was hurt.
