Barber breaks his wallet over rash act

GEORGE TOWN: A barber has been slapped with a RM1,400 fine for breaking the window of another car which had obstructed his car.

S. Parthivan, 32, was charged with committing the offence on March 30 at about 7.10am at the car park of the Penang Hospital.
