Age just a number when you exercise

Leap into wellness: Tan engages in the occasional trampoline workout to keep the adrenaline pumping.

PETALING JAYA: When it comes to exercise, age is just a number. TSH Resources chairman Datuk Dr Kelvin Tan can attest to this — being in his 50s has not stopped him from sporting a six-pack and enjoying sports like surfing, skiing and the occasional trampoline workout.

“Age is no barrier to fitness. It’s all about devotion and commitment. Anyone can transcend to a different level if they put their heart into it,” said Tan, whose daily fitness regime includes 8am sessions of yoga and qigong.
