BUTTERWORTH: The Penang Road Transport Department (JPJ) issued 205 summons notices for various traffic offences in one night during Ops Sepadu at the Sungai Dua toll plaza near here.
State JPJ director Datuk Hassan Yaacob said the offences included driving without licence or with expired road tax or insurance, failing to comply with number plate specifications, fitting high intensity discharge headlamps, and other technical offences.
