SHAH ALAM: The High Court here ruled that an IT executive must answer to a murder charge over the death of his wife Nur Syaleza more than two years ago.
Justice Abdul Halim Aman said the prosecution had established a prima facie case against Norazman Bashah Ahmad Azam Bashah, 34, based on circumstantial evidence.
