ALOR SETAR: A group 15 pilgrims from the Kuala Nerang district was rushed to hospital Monday after coming down with an influenza-like illness (ILI) after returning from Mecca.
The 15 pilgrims were part of a larger group of 49 who arrived at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport from Mecca on Sunday.
