Nestlé rewards consumers with biggest promotion ever

PETALING JAYA: Nestlé Malaysia has announced a nationwide “Lebih Nilai, Lagi Hebat” promotion, offering Malaysian consumers savings on their favourite Nestlé products.

Officially launched by Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Hasan Malek at the Nestlé Factory Shah Alam Complex, the promotion is part of Nestlé’s drive to delight Malaysians with affordable, nutritious and good tasting quality products.

During the event, Hasan said, “Nestlé is the No. 1 food and beverages company in Malaysia, and it is heartening to see that they are taking the lead to enhance value for Malaysians, setting a prime example for other organisations to follow suit. This consumer-friendly promotion is indeed a welcome move and the Ministry is appreciative of this initiative by Nestlé, which is in line with the Government’s firm commitment to ensure consumers receive good value for their money.”

The “Lebih Nilai, Lagi Hebat” promotion provides savings for more than 11 million promotion packs, including some of Nestlé popular brands such as MAGGI, MILO and NESCAFÉ, amongst many others.

Consumers can benefit from attractive bonus packs and premium items with purchases as well as price discounts. Selected participating retailers will also offer additional customised promotions with purchases of Nestlé products.

Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad managing director Alois Hofbauer said, “This is part of Nestlé’s ongoing efforts to maximise value for our consumers. We have always been committed to providing superior quality food and beverages offerings at most affordable value. Now with our biggest promotion ever, Malaysians can enjoy savings of 8% to 33% on our extensive range of products.”

As the world’s leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness Company, we believe in doing good for society, and this promotion is certainly a true reflection of our principles,” Hofbauer added.

During the launch, Hofbauer expressed support for the GST implementation. Nestlé in full compliance with the Anti-Profiteering Act will proactively pass on sales tax savings to retailers from April 1.

The “Lebih Nilai, Lagi Hebat” promotion is available at all participating outlets nationwide, ensuring that Malaysians from all walks of life can benefit from these offers.
