KUALA LUMPUR: The decision whether the Private Member's Bill to enable the implementation of the Syariah Criminal Code II 1993 (Amendment 2015) in Kelantan will be tabled at the current session of Dewan Rakyat is totally up to Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim (pic) said this was because there were many bills that needed to be tabled first, including those concerning drugs and crimes.
