Kit Siang proposes formation of new 'Save Malaysia' government

PETALING JAYA: DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang (pic) has proposed the formation of a new coalition called "Save Malaysia" consisting of members from different political backgounds whose ultimate aim is to champion the Federal Constitution and rule of law.

During a speech at the DAP Bukit Bintang anniversary dinner Sunday, Lim claimed that politicians from both sides of the political divide were currently in no man's land, having to cope with scandals and conflicting political and religious ideologies within their respective coalitions.
