KOTA BARU: Kelantan MCA will initiate legal action on behalf of the party to stop PAS from going further in tabling the hudud through private member's bills.
Kelantan MCA chairman Datuk Dr Hou Kok Chung (pic) said that the party was disappointed with the amendments made to the Syariah Criminal Code II 1993 (amended 2015) that were passed unanimously on Thursday.
