KUALA LUMPUR: A smartphone app to verify taxi drivers will soon be available for passengers, making it easier for people to report errant cabbies.
Named MeterOn, it is being finalised by the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) which hopes that the app will help to keep the taxi industry in line.
