KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will decide on Friday whether to allow a preliminary objection by the Registrar of Societies (RoS) on the judicial review applications filed by MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel and four other MIC leaders over a directive for the party to hold fresh elections.
If the court allows the objection, it will not hear the two applications for leave which were filed separately.
