KUALA LUMPUR: A review will be carried out to improve the all-round operating procedure in response to floods, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
“The review will look at improving the competency and leadership skills of personnel at all levels, the flood early warning system, the procurement of search and rescue vehicles and flood mitigation measures. We are also looking at the best flood management model used by nations prone to natural disasters,” he said.
