SHAH ALAM: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) holds the view that there is no urgency for the PAS-led Kelantan government to implement hudud laws as this was not part of the common policy framework of the Pakatan Rakyat, said Azmin Ali (pix).

He said the common policy agreed to by PKR and its Pakatan partners, DAP and PAS, encompassed economic matters, education and security.
